Mike Schroder
Mike has deep expertise in growth, transaction-adjacent strategy, and operating model design. He co-founded Future Fans, a brand that helps create the next generation of sports fans. Previously, he spent five years with McKinsey & Company before joining the executive team at the Midwest Health Collaborative. He started his career at Target Corporation.
Mike enjoys time with his family, travel, home projects, and supporting his favorite sports teams — the Blue Jackets, Hoosiers, Bengals, and Crew. His wife is a pediatrician, and together they are proud parents to Ella, Jack, and Luke. A native of Cincinnati, Mike earned an undergraduate business degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Michael Gold
Michael has broad experience in strategy and transformation, and execution in complex organizations. He co-founded Future Fans, a brand that helps create the next generation of sports fans. Previously, he was on the executive team of the Midwest Health Collaborative, and founded a consulting firm assisting the Fortune 500 on growth strategy. He started his career as a history professor.
Born and raised in Columbus, Michael is a rare Michigan fan in a sea of Buckeyes. Michael earned an undergraduate degree in Classics from Michigan, an MA in History from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from Ohio State University.
Our Story
The name Loring Park is inspired by the Minneapolis park of the same name. Unbeknownst to us, we both lived in Minneapolis in the late 2000s before moving back to our Ohio roots. We became friends through their wives who trained together in pediatrics, and it would be another five years before we started working together, first at the Midwest Health Collaborative and now Loring Park.
